Today I am catching up with the lovely Victoria of Burgh Brides. Victoria and I actually met many moons ago when we both worked as event planners for the same company. We also launched into our own adventures about the same time (Burgh Brides just celebrated it’s first birthday as well)! I am so glad that our paths crossed again this year and we were able to reconnect and share our journeys with one another. Some days I think I am so crazy busy that I must be insane for taking on so many projects…and then I get an e-mail from Victoria and I quickly realize what being busy really means. This girl is beyond talented, incredibly hard-working, and has the kindest personality you would ever hope to run into. In a matter of a year, she grew a website, designs and sells a line of merchandise, and is just putting the finishing touches on the Burgh Brides vendor guide – which I have no doubt will become the authority when it comes to cream of the crop Pittsburgh wedding vendors. It’s easy to see that those late nights and work-filled weekends have paid off, as Burgh Brides has quickly become the “go-to” destination for all soon to be Pittsburgh Brides and continues to grow. Congrats Victoria and thank you for being such an inspiration to all the aspiring #girlbosses out there! For more information on Burgh Brides, check out my first interview with Victoria.
Below are just a few of the new items added to the Burgh Brides shop: sequin hangers (absolutely perfect for those wedding dress shots), temporary tattoos for your bachelorette bash, and totes to haul all your wedding magazines and planning materials! And the sweatshirt above is absolutely perfect for running all your wedding errands!
