The ModCloth pop-up shop at 625 Smithfield Street opened its doors this weekend to eagerly awaiting fashion-lovers. The popular retailer has been on tour this summer, taking its vintage-inspired clothing, accessories and home décor on the road and popping up in cities across the U.S. Lucky for us, the ‘IRL Tour’ is wrapping up in Pittsburgh, ModCloth’s hometown. The pop-up shop will be open from September 17 – 27th from 10 AM to 8 PM Monday through Saturday and Sunday 11 AM – 6 PM. The shop will also feature products from local Pittsburgh brands including No Sleep Boutique, Moon Pine, Amateur Naturalist, Steel City tees and Anther Candles. Certain days will even feature in-store musical performances! Be sure to check out ModCloth.com to schedule an appointment for a f-r-e-e styling session with a ModCloth stylist.
I met the lovely Aire, Mod Cloth's Senior Fashion Press Specialist, at our very first Style Social event last year. She graciously invited myself and many of our other Style Social ladies to a private shopping event over the weekend so that we could get up close and personal with all of the awesome Mod Cloth merchandise. It was such a great time getting to play dress up with some of my favorite Pittsburgh fashion bloggers! Check out a few of them below in some of their favorite pieces.
Check out some of my fave items from the dressing room! I've linked them all below - so even if you can't make it to the pop-up shop, you can shop the items online!
And ladies...what's truly great about shopping at the pop-up shop: They give you a clipboard, you jot down everything you like and the awesome ModCloth stylists pull all the items in your size and bring them to your fitting room. And speaking of sizes - most items come in sizes XXS - 4X - so there is something that will work for everyone. Happy Shopping!
