Time to Romp

Hello friends!  I typically like to get a post up on Mondays, but since it was my last day of vacation, I decided to just enjoy it and save a post for today.  I spent the holiday weekend in Kent Narrows, MD - right near the Chesapeake Bay.  It was a great few days spent with family lounging by the pool, going for boat rides, enjoying fireworks, and of course over indulging in delicious food.  I'm so grateful to Aunt Jeryl, Uncle Bob, and Aunt Annette for their warm hospitality every summer!  Coming back home after a few days away is always rough, but I am trying to stay positive and focus on the fun things I have planned for the rest of the summer.  I'm also so excited to share with you the perfect little romper below!  Once I tried it on, I instantly fell in love.  It's super comfortable, the color and print are great, and the slit sleeves and open-back give it an extra layer of interest.  You could easily wear this with flat sandals during the day and then switch to heels or wedges to transition into a great evening outfit.  I also wore a lot of hats while in Maryland - mainly because the humidity was not kind to my hair!  The best part about this outfit - the romper and hat combined are less than $40!!  Have a great day everyone!  Be sure to stop back later this week as I will be profiling Kristen Kane and her lovely cupcake and sweets business, Sugar Social!
